With more than three decades of experience specializing in Employee Benefits, Life and Health Products, and Section 125 Cafeteria plans, Tom Branda understands that effective communication is the key to tailoring insurance solutions with each company’s unique needs. He believes that many businesses are unaware of the benefits that can help attract and retain high-quality employees, and he uses his expertise to guide his clients towards the best options for them.

In his current role, Tom focuses on serving small to medium-sized companies across a wide range of industries. His goal when working with each firm is that they understand the importance of coverage for their employees. He even works with individual employees to ensure they themselves understand the value of having insurance and how to bridge any gaps in their coverage. By providing personalized guidance and support, Tom makes certain that both parties feel confident and secure in their insurance decisions.
